Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These terms apply to Aviation Pathway Australia’s free Pathway Assessment and Full Australian Aviation Pathway Assessment. Aviation Pathway Australia is operated by David Maria Nissle as a sole trader under ABN 40 976 532 986.
For the paid assessment, you accept these terms by actively ticking the Terms acceptance box before continuing to secure checkout.
Free assessment
The free assessment is generated automatically from the information supplied. It is preliminary information only and is not an official assessment or a substitute for professional, regulatory or employer decisions.
Paid assessment
The paid assessment is a personalised aviation-career, qualification, evidence, work-right dependency and employment-pathway report based on the information and supporting material provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information and for having permission to share every uploaded document.
The standard five-business-day delivery period begins when the customer submits the secure case file as complete. Time spent waiting for requested clarification is not included in that period.
Price and payment
The introductory base price for the Full Australian Aviation Pathway Assessment is A$89. The website may show an indicative local-currency equivalent based on the visitor’s country and recent European Central Bank reference rates. This estimate is for convenience only and is not a transaction exchange rate.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Stripe Payment Links may offer payment in your local currency through Adaptive Pricing. The local-currency amount is determined by Stripe and may include a currency-conversion markup, and your card provider may also apply cross-border or other fees. Where Stripe offers a choice between the local currency and Australian dollars, the amount and currency selected in Stripe checkout are the amount payable.
Payment gives access to the paid assessment workflow. Assessment work normally begins after the customer submits the secure case file as complete.
Cancellation and change of mind
If you change your mind before submitting the secure case file as complete, you may cancel the paid assessment and request a full refund.
If you ask to cancel after submitting the case file as complete, contact us as soon as possible. If substantive assessment work has not started, we will normally provide a full refund. Once substantive assessment work has started, change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered because the service is personalised and work has already been performed.
This change-of-mind policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If the service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, we will provide the remedy required by law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include correcting or re-supplying the service, cancellation and a refund for the unused portion or reduced value of the service, or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Refund requests
To request a cancellation or refund, email assessments@aviationpathwayaustralia.com.au using the email address used for the assessment and include your payment or case reference if available.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
If Aviation Pathway Australia cancels a paid assessment for its own operational reasons before delivering the final report, the amount paid for that assessment will be refunded.
AI-assisted drafting and human review
AI-assisted processing may be used to organise evidence and prepare a report draft. Every final report is reviewed by a person before delivery. AI processing does not replace official decisions from CASA, an RTO, an employer, Home Affairs, a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner.
The Aviation Pathway Australia review stamp confirms that the report has passed the business’s human review and has been approved for issue. It is not a CASA, RTO, employer, legal or migration-authority certification.
Scope and limitations
Aviation Pathway Australia does not guarantee qualification recognition, RPL credit, CASA licence issue, employment, sponsorship, salary, processing time, visa eligibility or relocation success.
The service does not provide personalised immigration assistance or recommend a visa subclass. Work-right and migration-dependency information is provided only to explain how the customer’s declared position affects the aviation pathway. Personalised migration advice should be obtained from a registered migration agent or Australian legal practitioner.
Supporting documents
Do not upload material that is unlawful, malicious, misleading, confidential without authority or unrelated to the assessment. Customers should redact unnecessary identity, financial and personal information. Aviation Pathway Australia may reject unreadable, unsafe, irrelevant or unauthorised material.
Supporting documents are reviewed for their relevance to the pathway assessment but are not independently authenticated unless expressly stated. The accuracy of the assessment depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents supplied by the customer.
Customer decisions
The report is designed to support planning, not to make decisions on the customer’s behalf. Customers should obtain official confirmation before committing substantial funds, resigning from employment, relocating, applying for a visa or relying on a qualification or licensing outcome.
